The Intake Process

This process begins with our online questionnaire. It is designed to help determine whether potential clients are aligned with our clinic policies, philosophy, and approach to care.

If you are interested in applying for care, please contact us directly to complete the questionnaire. Once we receive your request we will send you a direct link to fill out the form.

Within seven days of its submission, a member of the WIM care team will contact you to let you know whether we are a good fit for one another.

Virtual Meeting with Auset

Approximately seven to ten days after your ancestral and bio-energetic assessment, you will have your initial consult with Auset. Please plan for 90 minutes (120 min for extensive cases) for this visit. By this time, she will have reviewed all of your feedback results, as well as any previous reports or documentation you shared with us. During the session, she will discuss your health history in depth and perform any assessments needed for a complete evaluation.

Long-Distance Clients & Virtual Assessment Process**

Auset works with clients from all parts of the world. All Initial Consultations, assessments, and diagnostic readings are conducted virtually, regardless of where you live. Before any in-person session is scheduled, every client receives a full intuitive evaluation through Auset’s advanced auric field assessment, morphogenetic analysis, and Daoist energetic diagnostics.

How Auset Treats Clients Worldwide

Whether you are local or across the globe, your care begins the same way:

Auset remotely enters the field of the client and performs her unique style of intuitive medicine assessment. This includes reading the bio-energetic layers, Shen-body signatures, emotional imprints, meridian flux, and subtle organ messages. These virtual assessments allow Auset to understand the deeper dynamics of your system before any hands-on treatment is considered.

Since the initial treatment plan is developed through this virtual process, clients anywhere in the world can begin working with Auset immediately without the need for travel. Any follow-up sessions—virtual or in-person—are then scheduled based on the unique needs of your system and the arc of your healing journey.

“WHEN DO I BEGIN TREATMENT?”

Within two to seven days after your initial visit with Auset, you will receive an email containing your personalized treatment plan. This plan will be a comprehensive outline of everything Auset recommends—therapies, lifestyle guidance, and naturopathic medicinals / herbal remedies —to follow until your first scheduled follow-up visit.

Once your treatment plan is received, it is your responsibility to contact WIM to obtain any advised remedies, schedule any recommended follow-up testing, and arrange your subsequent appointments or services.

“HOW OFTEN ARE THE FOLLOW-UP VISITS?”

New clients at WIM should expect routine follow-up visits

($240 adults / $180 children) approximately every 6-8 weeks for a period of 1–2 years, depending on the complexity and severity of their concerns.

These follow-ups are essential to ensure your health is continually evolving in a positive and stable direction. After the initial 1–2 year phase, clients typically see Auset every 3-6 months to maintain momentum, adjust treatments, and support long-term vitality.

Ancestral Miasm Assessment & Bio-Energetic / Psycho-Somatic Diagnostic Transmission**

Approximately two weeks before your initial visit with Auset, you will receive your scheduled time for your virtual diagnostic transmission session. These sessions are conducted remotely, and it is important to arrive at the designated time to honor the integrity of the energetic field.

No fasting is required, but please refrain from alcohol or psychedelics for a period of 24 hrs and avoid caffein and heavy meals for 2–3 hours beforehand and drink only water or herbal tea to keep your channels open and your qi clear. Prepare a quiet space where you will not be disturbed.

Please allow 90 minutes for the full assessment.

If you have any previous reports or personal notes relevant to your health journey, you are welcome to share them; however, they are not required for Auset’s intuitive-field diagnostics.
